In-Cabin Policies Concerning ESA’s & Alaska Airlines

When you are on board with Alaska Airlines, your pet must be under your control at all times and may not block the aisle or any exits. You will also not be allowed seating in the emergency exit rows. Emotional support animals are not allowed on the seats, but they may sit at your feet or on your lap.

If another customer is sensitive to your emotional support animal, the flight attendant will be able to place them in another seat away from your ESA.
