By using the services of our registrar, you agree that a standard set of data will be accessible to anyone who has your assistant animal’s registration number. This data includes:

  • Owner’s first and last name
  • Your animal’s name
  • Animal type and breed
  • A photo of your animal

Optionally, this may also include a doctor’s letter and any note you choose to leave for others. This is a mandatory feature, as it allows anyone to verify the validity of your registration, which is the primary purpose of the service.

3. We collect and maintain customer information as part of providing better service to you

In the course of serving you, we collect only the information you provide to us during the ordering and checkout process.

4. Use of Clent’s Phone Number for Order and Account Notifications

For the purpose of promptly confirming order details, providing One-Time Password (OTP) access to your personal account page, and updating you on the status of your order, we may use your phone number to send SMS notifications. Rest assured, your phone number is not accessible to our managers or any third parties

5. We do not share information with outside parties who may wish to market their products to you

  • We only disclose the information we collect with the credit card companies and the gateway used to access them.
  • We do not share or otherwise disclose any personal information, including your name, address, telephone, or email addresses, with other organizations.

On the ESAcert website, we analyze our website logs to constantly improve the value of our website. We generate and assess a variety of aggregated, anonymous reports that include page views, unique views, unique visitors, repeat visitors, frequency of visits, peak-volume traffic periods, and other marketing information. We do not use this service to gather, request, record, collect, or track any personally identifiable information of internet users.

9. Privacy of our email lists

ESAcert maintains an email list for our newsletter. Individuals must opt-in to join our mailing list. We do not share the email addresses on our lists with anyone outside of our staff. Our list server software is configured to ensure that the email addresses of our subscribers are only accessible to authorized staff members and are not disclosed to anyone else.

For your convenience, our staff also has access to the email addresses of customers who were unable to successfully complete their registration. This is done to provide quick assistance and support with the registration process.
