Service Dog Certification Specification

You will receive a printed color certificate in letter format, not laminated. This certificate will include:

  • Service dog certification type: Individually trained to assist people with a person’s disability.
  • Owner Information: Up to two owners specified on the registration.
  • Animal Type.
  • Breed: Provided to the best of your knowledge.
  • Registration US State.

The certificate will also indicate the registration number and service dog laws and state that Esacert is the registrar. Service dog ID cards, tags, or vests are other forms of ID that demonstrate people accept your dog as a service animal.
