Digital Registration Membership: A digital-only registration in the ESAcert database. You can attach a doctor’s letter and provide a link to your service animal’s registration for quick digital verification by anyone.
ID Card: A physical plastic ID card containing key information about your animal’s registration and a QR code for online validation, allowing staff to check the attached doctor’s letter.
Certificate: A paper confirmation of your service animal’s registration with no expiration date. It remains valid even when the subscription has ended.
Housing Reasonable Accommodation Request: A request in a standard format on behalf of the animal owner indicating their special needs, stating that, according to the law, the housing provider must accept residency with the service animal without additional fees or deposits.
DOT Form: A form required by certain airlines when boarding with a service dog. It can be filled out manually by the customer or purchased from us.
